True Colours Shining Through

This morning I had a yearning to post something spiritual, I was not sure what, something meaningful... When low and behold I saw a peer post this Cyndi Lauper video earlier to a friend. So cool, that I went on a mini Cyndi Lauper fest for an hour. What a talented artistic woman. Her songs hold great meaning. I forgot I was a fan 💗 fun past memories.

More than fun memories and deeper meaning!

These lyrics can remind us that there are times we can feel invisible or even want to be invisible. Which may lead to feeling forgotten, alone, dejected depressed... Feelings with heavy Internal energy. Akin to dragging weights around with you. Maybe even questions arise bringing darker thoughts or numbing feeling.

What can you do?

One way is taking time to remind yourself that you are seen by people who care and these are the times to reach out and claim that comfort, connection and joy. Changing that internal energy.

How can you just change from one energy to another to even make a call?

It is not always an easy thing to do

It can help to place your hand on your heart and breathe those belly raising breaths smiling towards your heart and saying out loud

I am seen.

I am cared for.

I am loved,

I am worthy.
